Virgil Abloh has now revealed Drop 2
of Louis Vuitton‘s Pre-Spring 2021 collection, which is designed the
concept of “nuance.” Used to communicate core humanitarian values
through poise, style and grace, the latest offering expresses elements
of diversity, unity and inclusion.
Imbued with luxury with his
signature accessible visual language, the Pre-Spring 2021 Drop 2
introduces a multi-pastel crayon Monogram print stenciled from the
debossed LV logo of a chrome desktop in Virgil Abloh’s office at the
Louis Vuitton headquarters.
Building on the fashion house’s
historic trunks, the smaller Trunk Messenger bag is accented by
silver-tone studs and reinforced leather corners. Accompanied by the
Keepall Bandoulière and crossbody bag, the striking carrying style
features an adjustable and removable strap for comfortable wear. While
an array of interior pockets and zipped exterior pockets provide
functionality.
The striking pattern that marks the bag is
continued on the LV Charm necklace and bracelet, designed by Virgil
Abloh and his team at Pont Neuf. Each piece is engraved with the
Monogram pattern with a showcase of an artful combination of ceramic and
pastel-colored lacquer. Aside from 2021 #MAKEAPROMISE UNICEF Doudou
Louis Teddy Bear, LV has also prepared a lanyard style, cap and mask
that serve to provide eye-catching touches to any everyday outfit.
