Nike has unveiled a brand new iteration of its Pegasus Trail 2. Following its “Volt/Black” release from last month, the American footwear label has opted for a buoyant “Bright Mango” colorway this time around.
The shoe comes with an eclectic mix of hi-tech materials like batted nylon, neoprene, mesh and rubber. Stamped at the top of the neoprene tongue is a contrasting yellow motif depicting a trail, complemented by a set of tonal laces and an elastic heel pull. A light shade of pink covers the rear quarters, accented by a silver-toned mini-Swoosh near the heel. The rest of the uppers come with a large “Bright Mango” panel that covers the forefoot, emphasizing the shoe’s tapered mold with a long white Swoosh along the sidewalls. All of these details rest over a full-length Nike React foam midsole, engineered to provide the wearer more uphill and downhill control.
Though no official release dates have been confirmed, Nike’s Pegasus Trail 2 “Bright Mango” is slated to drop soon on the label’s website for $180 USD.
