Vans x Sweet Chick "Off The Waffles"

 Putting together the latest food union in footwear, Vans recently tapped gourmet chicken & waffles restaurant, Sweet Chick, to redesign two of its classic models.

Releasing exclusively at Foot Locker, the “Off The Waffles” Slip-On and Era feature clean waffle pattern canvas and suede uppers expressing a mix of white and light grey accented by Sweet Chick branding at the rear. Elevating the shoes are gum rubber waffle outsoles paired with light teal striped sole foxing marked with the chicken & waffles purveyor’s locations in New York and Los Angeles. Additional detailing comes in the form of “Sweet Chick” custom laces, co-branded insoles and light teal heel plates.

Priced at $65 USD, the Sweet Chick x Vans “Off the Waffles” Slip-On and Era will receive an early release at a Foot Locker NYC pop-up April 18-21 and at footlocker.com and at Foot Locker’s Hollywood and Highland locations April 20.
