Championing the evolution of adidas’s basketball sneakers, the Crazylight 2016 gets a bold makeover in Solar Red. The lightweight, low-top form embraces the Three Stripes’ popular Boost technology from heel to toe — a first for its basketball lineup — while molded TPU elements along the midsole and eyestay help to secure the midfoot. A reengineered herringbone-style traction on the outer sole responds to quick pace changes designed to accommodate both wet and dry environments and provides all-around stability during games. The upper sees a woven graphic Jacquard print in a monochromatic crimson hue, along with a molded collar for additional comfort.
