As you know. We (Team Elite) switched up the cooking this year. For the past two years, we have been doing Fish Fry's. They was cool and people seem to love it. This year we went into another way. We went even more southern. BBQ. Everybody in the south loves a good ole fashion BBQ. We had two this year. We sold out in both of them. The most selling item on the menu was the Ribs with lemon pepper chicken chasing in for the second. It was beat out for first place by about 10 more ribs dinners sold.
I'm thankful for everybody that came out to each event that we did. As you can see from my IG, I was having too much fun. I have a surprise for y'all. You'll find out later this week what it is.
In the meantime. Enjoy looking at some of the best ribs. I mean the best ribs you will ever eat in your life.
