You know, when the Falcons win the Superbowl, I'll be getting me a replica. A nice big one. After all the heartbreak this team been putting us thru, they should be sending all us fans one.

While we offered a preview of the newish collaboration between Diamond Supply Co. and Nike SB to a mixed audience earlier this week, here we have more details on the pair for interested parties. The sneaker, an evolution of the wildly popular release from 2005, arrives this time on Nike SB’s hallmark Dunk High silhouette. The neo-classic combination of mint, black croc-embossed leather, and a silver Swoosh looks irresistible atop a clean black and white Dunk outsole. This pair will release on February 8 at select retailers – including Nike.com – beginning at 8 a.m. EST.

The newest drawing from my favorite creator. That Monkey really wants to get to the Bananas. I don't blame him, looks like a lot are in there. You think he will reach it? I swear I love all the art that Princess does. It makes me want to get out and draw something.

Ghadir told me awhile ago that when I try Chipotle, I won't ever want any other tacos again. LORD, she was right. Chipotle is like heaven. It's like God himself made the Burrito I had the other day. It was juicy and full of chicken. My lord, just enough sour cream and that brown rice and black beans with that lettuces, I'm hooked. I had to get tacos today.

Let me start this by saying, I have no problem with Bruno. I like the music he make. I covered him before most of the world knew about him. Around the time that he was on the song with B.O.B. You know, the song about the beautiful girls all over the world.
With all that being said, I don't want to see him at the Superbowl. That's not to say that he's not talented, I'm just saying he's not at a Superbowl level. Like what is he going he going to sing?
SO, I put together a list of who I would want to see. Who's on yours?

Like is that really going to get anybody hype at a Superbowl. In the snow on top of that. I like the music, I'm just saying that when I'm watching football, Bruno is not on my list."I'm gonna kick my feet up then stare at the fan
Turn the TV on, throw my hand in my pants
Nobody's gon' tell me I can't"

To be all the way real, I didn't think Kendrick was going to win. He surly had the best album. But It's the same people that leave Nas, 2pac,The Doors, etc empty handed. With Zero Grammy's to this day. Even Led Zeppelin just won for the first time Sunday.
It's not enough young people voting in NARAS (National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences). Seeing that the Grammy's is a Peer based award, based on what people in the academy vote for, so year after year to put it mildly, they (Recording Academy) really has no idea what it's doing when it comes to determining who will take home hip-hop's top trophies. Just ask Kanye.

Last night was the best Pro-Bowl I ever seen. Well, the best one I can remember. I can't recall the ones form the 90's. Anyways. This was the way the Pro-Bowl should be each and every year, from here on out. The tempo was set from the opening drive. Speaking of opening drive. What the actual fuck is up with the no kick off? I wanted to see a run back, or at least the try of one. That's just stupid. Start at the 20?. It's like the NFL is trying to see how that works out. For they can bring it to the real games. Not liking that at all. Almost not liking the thinking about taking away the extra point kicks. I mean, it's already enough people without a job. You trying to put even more people on the streets. I also would like to add, that it hurts us Fantasy Players if you do that. That's easy points. Got 20 one game, from my kicker.

My brother really doesn't talk much. After this, he was talking like a mutha. He was pretty pumped up to see his friend going Vince Carter on dude. I was reading some of the comments. Somebody stated that after that dunk. Half the other team fans just left. Maybe they should have took the dude with them. You can't live that down. Daaaaaaaammmmmmmmn. Nasty.

Interviewer: We want to talk about music, fashion, design, architecture. You are an unstoppable global artist—do you agree with that?
Kanye: Yes… I have no other answer other than yes.
Interviewer: Is your love for fashion as strong as your love for music?
Kanye: I just love creating… music, fashion, architecture, art… I’m addicted to dreams. Clothing or stage design or an album, it’s all art projects, and life is art.
Interviewer: We spoke about your first meeting with Jean, did you already know him before that first meeting, did you know his work?
Kanye: [Annoyed] Yes, that’s why I asked to meet him!
Interviewer: Second time you’ve worked together, first collaboration had eight pieces?
Jean Touitou: Yes, it’s much more this time, we are doing much more together. Sometimes I had the difficult task of holding back Kanye’s creativity but we always found a middle-ground.
Interviewer: Kanye has the reputation of being a control freak, did you find this?
Jean Touitou: No. I didn’t find that. What was difficult was that he was working right up to the very, very last minute.
Interviewer: Is it practical to sing in a Margiela mask?!
Kanye: Oh, yeah it’s cool! It helped very much ’cause it gave me the opportunity to perform without being a celebrity.
Jean Touitou: It’s true Kanye is a maximalist, but he is also a minimalist, he’s a mix of the two. It’s like fire and water.
Kanye: You were talking about maximalism and minimalism… I thought that the [Yeezus] album cover is very A.P.C. in that way.
Kanye: Yes… I have no other answer other than yes.

Hey, it's Shorty Awards season and I would like to win one. So I ask of you today, nominate me for a Shorty Award. A Shorty Award in "Art". As you can see from following my blog and Tumblr, I draw and paint all the time. I need to paint some more. Thinking of a couple things right now.
It's pretty simple to do. You go here http://shortyawards.com/JavarisIsOnMars and pick the category "Art".
After you pick "Art" you have to give a reason for you voting for me. They won't count it if you don't. The reason doesn't have to be deep. You can say "I nominate @JavarisIsOnMars for a Shorty Award in #art because...cheese" if you want. You just have to put something for it to count.
Okay, Hype Killers, let's do this. http://shortyawards.com/JavarisIsOnMars

I can't lie, I was caught up in playing Madden this weekend. I was so trapped in playing, that I forgot to post this. Well. here's your heads up. Let's try not to yell at him tonight, please. Spring to fall, the lightweight, yet durable chambray fabric is a go-to shirt construction for many men around the globe. So for its 2014 spring Classics collection, Vans chose to apply the aforementioned cotton material to its iconic Old Skool sneaker silhouette. As a blue suede adorns its toecap, eyestay and heel counter, chambray pairs nicely at its midfoot panel with a white side stripe and stitching. Additional details include metal eyelets, a padded chambray tongue, and a vulcanized waffle sole unit. This Old Skool iteration is currently available through the Vans webstore in both black and estate blue for $65 USD.
,
Adding to its collection of Old Skool colorways for the spring, Vans Classics presents this tiger camo/black colorway. This model features a nylon tiger camo upper with black suede overlays at the toe box, heel, and eye stay, and the iconic Sidestripe logo in black leather. A black canvas tongue, plush black leather collar lining, and thick black laces round out the look for this colorway. You can find it now at select stockists and Vans’ online store.

Ahead of this year’s World Cup in Brazil, Coca-Cola has unveiled a batch of special mini bottles to celebrate the sporting event. The collection consists of 18 designs inspired by 18 of the 32 teams competing on the global stage this year. Although the bottles contain no soda, they are interactive and feature markers that can activate augmented reality animations when scanned with a smartphone.

Yesterday I was enjoying a lot of football. I was so into it that I missed the Golden Globe's. I went thru all the ladies photos from the night. Lot's of bad dresses. Lot's of bad dresses. It was so many that I had to say it twice. On a good note, here's some of the best.

When ESPN said that they was going to be running the game on three different channels. I thought that was a little odd. I have to say that both the mega cast that are showing more then the game is better then the regular. ESPN2 has basically the House Party with lots of people stopping by. While, ESN has the coaches talking about the plays as they happen. That's pretty cool for all the High School coaches out there. I mean, also the people that like to break down things.

I forgot how EPIC this fight was. I'm not one to tell people to fight, but this was epic. I remember watching this live on TV. Ben pushes Ron and I just knew it was on. Yes, even Ron was crazy back in '04. In fact he was a little more crazy, seeing that he was young and had more energy. Anyways, The best part about this is the story that Stephen Jackson told. He was talking about the fight and how he wasn't able to really "Show what he got". Mind you, he was giving out one hitter quitters to everybody. Joking about Fred Jones "Getting everything he was looking for". Meaning Fred got handled by a fan. Anyways. He said they was back in the locker room and they was hyped up about the fight. Talking about this and that. Ron, in a really claim voice sat up and said "You think we gonna get in trouble for this".
