As part of a series of films made for Channel 4 by Somethin’ Else, the creative team chronicles Madron FC – a squad dubbed “the worst football team in Britain” after suffering a 55-0 defeat to Illogan. Exploring themes of loyalty, passion and sportsmanship, the 5-minute short is a beautiful representation of fútbol on the hyper-local level. Building upon a consistent team spirit, it’s clear that Madron FC is rich in other ways besides wins and losses.
