Japanese avant-garde artist Yayoi Kusama and French fashion house Louis Vuitton present preliminary images of their joint international pop-up store venture. Coinciding both with the Infinitely Kusama collaborative line as well as the artist’s gallery opening at the Whitney Museum, planned locations include New York City, Pacific Place in Hong Kong, Ngee Ann City in Singapore, Isetan’s Shinjuku branch in Tokyo, the Dover Street Market in Ginza, Printemps in Paris, and Selfridges in London. The inaugural shop opens in New York on July 10, two days before Kusama’s touring retrospective is unveiled.
