Kenzo x Vans 2012 Summer Collection

After an initial preview days ago, Vans officially pulls the covers off of its collaboration with Paris-based high-fashion brand Kenzo. A long-time associate of European fashion circuit, the brand now headed by Opening Ceremony founders Humberto Leon and Carol Lim has seen a strong injection of youth and creativity. Originally raised on the West Coast in Los Angeles, the duo like many saw Vans as a footwear staple. Stylistically the approach for the project includes vibrant colors and a net print, all culminating on the fan favorite Era model. The release is set for Opening Ceremony, colette, Harvey Nichols, Bosco Milan, Lane Crawford and IT starting mid-May with drops each month till July.
