Drawing inspiration from the “Lil’ Penny” Nike ads featuring Penny Hardaway and Chris Rock from the mid ’90s, Blake Griffin gets in on the puppet trend with the latest short from Funny or Die. Featuring McG, Jerry O’Connell and of course a “Lil’ Blake,” the commercial set quickly becomes the location for a whole lot more than hocking products. Who knows, maybe even Lil’ Blake can play two guard for the Los Angeles Clippers.
